It's just like the mineral and gas. I can't exactly remember what the max is but if it goes over the limit, it'll just disappear. You'll still have that much minerals, it just won't show.

Starforge, It can't hurt to try. I've heard that it takes a lot of ram to open it. Well that's no problem for me.

Heimdal did say he spends a lot of time on this. Maybe he'll charge like 5 bucks at Blizzforum and then someone will post it up for free on their website.

It'll will be probably less than 2048000 bytes either ziped or not.

well when it is ziped it takes of some byte or kb but it wont make a diffrence for me (blasted 56k)

either than or he sum how tricked winzip to make it seem as though it isn't already zipped...or it could be 200MB?

more likely it is small, less than around 5 mbs or so...

Speedy plz if you can do that, DO IT!!

Also, it may be that the editor runs off of the original starcraft editor, and changes settings inside it, then it wouldn't need so much space to dl (it would just edit the staredit file to be able to do all this new stuff, which woudln't take much room)

Ziping a file is decreasing the file size in half.
80kb to 40kb

But I don't think ziping the file decreases the file exactly.
