to anwer ur question Dark Nomad i think placeing units in pattersn mean like hmm my gusse like say if u want a straight line of units or a perfect circle patterns squrae what ever

at first i thought the X-tra editor was hard but it was easy it could be like Starforge looks hard but easy to use

Hey how about you READ THE ACTUAL FORUM instead of saying "Oh I wonder if..." or "Maybe it will ___."

edit- Virus, it can't add new triggers, but it can greatly change them by modifying things like unit groups to be more customizable and much more.

You guys have no chance whatsoever in getting any version except the version that is going to be the official release version. You have to be pretty much close friends with Heimdal.

Oh please, this is pathetic. It's not that hard to get on the good side of some guy, anyway. Give effort, and maybe you can beta test the map editor. Though I say this is one of those editors that'll never get done.

I remember reading a thread about an editor called Trigger Happy. Did that ever get done or was the project abandoned?

the creator of the program (a slightly obnoxious guy who kinda thought of himself a lil high) is still aking it i believe, tho i don think it got far, visit blizzforums.com if you want to see what happened to it.
