Diet is failing so far. I haven't lost any weight, and I'm still eating moderately the same as I was before I started. I do agree that I need to exercise, and I also do agree that I lack the motivation to do it. It's VERY hard to motivate yourself in my position..a lot of you don't realize this because you've never been this much overweight. I'm not just making excuses, but I do understand that if I truly wanted it I'd put up with anything.

For now..I'm trying to work on portion control. Once I have that angle fixed I will try to start working on exercising. Trust me..with weight loss at this high of an amount it's hard to do anything but take baby steps..
the thing you need is a positive approach to this. rather than tormenting yourself and feel like **** at the end of it with little progress better not doing it at all.

exercising sucks i dont like it.. sweating over some machines itsNOT my type but i love dancing, i love walking, i love fruits and veggies.. i love sweets too but i keep that at bay :p. there are so many fun aways to be and stay active :). pick something u like.

Good, at least you are admitting to your weakness. Which as we all know, admittance is the first step to recovery.

What I recommend you do, is do it anyways. Once you get the gears started, then everything will fall into place. And you will see just how much motivation means.... NOTHING!

Trust me, I have the exact same problem with mapmaking and homework. I can't start, but when I get it going, I get a lot done.

If you want some motivation, take LB for example (no offense to him)

What more of a motivation do you need? You're fat man, it's time to grow some balls and start exercising/eating less. Throw out all the junk food that you eat and tell your mother (Assuming you live at home here) not to buy anymore of that ****.
One thing you can prove to us is, you can prove that this bull**** is wrong, then rub it in thier faces with your 200 lb body.

I don't know what you're getting at here, I was just telling him to quit making excuses and just do it.

You vain son of a *****. I used to be a fatty... lil' giggle jiggle (stomach shakes when you laugh).

All you need is a job where you work out. UPS, FedEX, DHL, construction type stuff.

If your fat lazy ass has no job... You now understand the cause of the American obesity epidemic.

Protein and iron are both easily obtained in less fat ridden foods. Meat is easily the least necessary, and least healthy food group.

Note: Your body needs carbs. Lots of them. You know, to stay alive.

I hate to say it, but those who don't go out and try to do something about thier weight... deserve to be fat.

I feel for your loss, Glow. All my friends IRL had a WoW playing phase but grew out of it quickly.

Just follow what I said, Jason and you'll lose weight.

Walk to the gym, work out and walk home maybe three times a week. That and constantly walk.
