the thing you need is a positive approach to this. rather than tormenting yourself and feel like **** at the end of it with little progress better not doing it at all.Diet is failing so far. I haven't lost any weight, and I'm still eating moderately the same as I was before I started. I do agree that I need to exercise, and I also do agree that I lack the motivation to do it. It's VERY hard to motivate yourself in my position..a lot of you don't realize this because you've never been this much overweight. I'm not just making excuses, but I do understand that if I truly wanted it I'd put up with anything.
For now..I'm trying to work on portion control. Once I have that angle fixed I will try to start working on exercising. Trust me..with weight loss at this high of an amount it's hard to do anything but take baby steps..
exercising sucks i dont like it.. sweating over some machines itsNOT my type but i love dancing, i love walking, i love fruits and veggies.. i love sweets too but i keep that at bay . there are so many fun aways to be and stay active . pick something u like.
