I don't think a Wii is going to be good enough, but if it were I'd probably dish out the 300$ for it haha..Would getting a Wii work (borrowing is an option too)? Apparently, they're taking the sweat out of kids just by playing a couple of games.
When looking into the exercise option, do something fun that will actually motivate you to lose that weight. If dragging your legs on the treadmill doesn't rock your world, then don't do it. Go take up an activity you know you'll definitely enjoy.

Whole wheat bread contains four times as much fiber as white bread - 2 grams as compared to .5 gram. It would be naive to not go with whole wheat. Simply better for you. well bro I guess you are S.O.L. if your not willing to work around not having a car.
