I'm not sure if this was mentioned, but maybe better tilesets for maps. Also, I haven't played War3, so I'm sorry if an idea is the same as in War3.

Like rain, or something. Like you could see the rain hit the buildings and puddles and the like.

And snow, too, it could build up on the buildings, or just appear on the buildings.

And passing time, also. Meaning, day could turn into night and vice versa and back again, depending on how long the game is going.
But I also hope that it doesn't need as much comuter power as War3 does (hence the reason why I haven't played it). I hope it only needs, like, a minimal requirement of about 200mhz.

They should make sige tanks damage the air but that would be kinda cheap

They should have a unit dat looks like heavyarms custom in gundam wing cuz he looks koo

THe shoud make a Ghost like ship that allows you to nuke and cloak in the air and they should make Storm damage buildings but i guess that is kinda cheap

They should have like a ability that lowers down damage for a limited of time or like one that slows down a research for a limited time also like ensare

I got a pretty cool idea. How about the zergy get a unit that can burrow in front of a wall, or a building of some sort, and go under it. It should have low hit points, but a large capasity for units. Like be able to hold instead of 4 hydras, 8. But that would be a little overpowered so it should have like 100-150 hitpoints. That would be cool. As for water Units: It should never happen. Water units would be kinda lame.

All other races should also have a way to get custom units in game, its fun to have your own cool unique unit which you trained yourself! And in multiplayer you can show of your unique units! (there should also be a game option which disables the use of custom units, for more equality)

Infested idea is good here’s a variation on the idea of more micro command options

Terrans should have an expensive commander unit a unit which has good hp and attack which can do basic things at your base for you (i.e. defend, and then your buildings will automatically recreate units when units in the defense line were killed and the building of turrets and such or attack support your buildings will create additional forces (constantly, until you give another command to your commander) and send them to the front line). This helps Terrans out so they can focus on micro management.

In the campaigns you should have computer alley (who are not as useless as in war 3) and third parties, which will also attack your opponent (but not helping you) or attack you (not helping the other computer) or neutral ones which you can gain alliance with by doing a quest or another service, this should off course affect the story line.

Quest system from war 3 is nice another idea that should be adopted

The in game movies should be an combination of the starcraft briefings (they were so cool) and the in game movies of war 3.

The scaling of units and buildings should be more logical buildings need to be huge in comparison with units and the mayor battleship of the Terran and Protoss should be very huge and cost a lot of money and made on a big land site (no factory is big enough) several workers should be working on them, they should own once finished!

How about an Zerg beacon like in the story but it would attract totally hostile zerg which will attack every player (even Zerg) (also multiplayer)

The engine should be able to support different layers of the map like planetary orbit ground and underground so you’ll have 3 battle fields!

all i have quoted is Really freaking stupid, lame and to put it bluntly: crap. Some of those things you posted were cheap rip offs of other games. Summoning: Rip off of Age of Mythology. War3 has too many rips to count, and the idea of making units and buildings to size is so freaking stupid! use common sense. if they were to scale the maps would be huge, take up a crap load of space, and the already horrible lag would be 10 times worse. I think you had some good ideas, but a lot were cool, but too complicated or the affects of it would ultimatly screw the game up. The custom Unit idea may be fun and freakin awsome but if you think about it, it will be way to complicated. How would your custom unit look in multiplayer? how would it even get to multiplayer? Think of the lag.

I dont mean to be harsh but when you think about some of this stuff it wont be worth it in the long run. The custom thing would be cool if it were on single player and campaigns only.

My Ideas:
MAKE COMPUTER A HELLUVA LOT HARDER TO BEAT. that way single player would be fun for those who dont wanna deal with the lag!

ok maybe some of my idea's arent all that good or useable but my aim is too have a simple game concept which can be customised and messed around with as much as possible. ok the layer thing and some of the other stuff is lame I yust wrote every idea i could think of, thank you for refining it! the custom thing should really be adopted (maybe not in multiplayer your right)

another idea the pathing ai should be hugely improved its so annoying when your unit formation screws through the pathing

I cant remember who said it but i agree with the idea of the changebel campaigns i hated it when i had to kill Aleixi Stukov with Duran the b******. Anyhow im not sure how it would but hey there just suggestions. Now water units........ they could work if there enough of them like in Age Of Empires or Empire Earth?

New race idea a highly andvanced species (maybe Xel'Naga) whos buildings are all permenatly floating and are connected buy over head walkways. which your men run around in. They could have one building which teleports the men to the ground so you could contrsuct them in one building on one side of your city then have em run to the centre of your city or something and teleport down. Man im just bubbling with ideas. Maybe they could use the peasent system like in Battle Realms where you have a peasent run of and train in a building so they then become a soldier or a pilot? But not having them train in all different buildings to become a super soldier just one. The buildings could be really strong but the walkways weak. Or...lol....the enemy could shoot at the windows and break them creating a vacum thus having all units in the walkway sucked out they then suffocate and none survive because they cannot breath on
ANY planets surface so they have to use suits and vehicles to move about on the planets surface.

last things graphics need to be improved and the interactive enviroment idea is good.unit animations could be more funny or sadistic.

These are just suggestions.

there should be 5 dificulties and 6th which will ajust to your abilty to handle the game, this should make it more fun for everybody!

the editor from war 3 was good but laccked some options you shouldnt be messin around with mpqs that makes it a hell of a lot more difficult you should be able to adjust unit forms and colors in the editor and also you should be able to make your own campaigns easily (including briefings background loading screens etc.)

I read on anothe site that there is going to be a option to eject the pilot of a sige tank and he is better than a marine but the same weapons. Also any building can fly for terran.(Please note that this is a letter from Blizzard[I have seen it on a few sites maby some one faked it.] it is true not a guess.)

How about a new technique for Zerg to heal instead of slow regeneration. Maybe some kind of "Drainling" with like 10 hitpoints that jump on their prey and drain life to bring it back to another Zerg unit.
