Everyone join the riot, i dont know if it's gonna help, but blizz are dumbasses, 1st of all everyone thinks the game is better with mh so they should make the map revealed 2nd if they do ban for using it, dont lure us into doing it just so we buy new ones and you make more money...

Yes it does but he's blaming Jan Miller / Netter for making the hack so detectable. I think Jan got pissed at all of us accusing him of backdoor/keylog and simply after the first release, ripped apart the anti-cheat detection to almost zero..just to punish us. Or maybe he wanted revenge from the start? No worries. I am banned and my cd key is banned.

I was only level 86 on USEast ladder..one of the rarer barbarians out there that was pwning his way to the top.

I didn't even get to transfer my shit..lost my semi-decent gear. I think they went overkill on banning cdkeys. This is my first offense and I get cd-key + acc banned for some half-assed maphack.. The funny thing is, in every game I joined there was at least 30% using maphack.

I have met over thousands of people ove rthe last few days on my own. Suppose we're talking around 500 banned that I met on my own..I think around 10,000 or more accounts are closed and probably 1,000 cd keys banned..damn

Why are you so ****ing paranoid? He did the best he could, but it was not good enough. Same thing will happen to Mousepad, don't expect any maphack from him in like 5 months

Yes..point being is most of us are banned for some poxy little maphack. Props for being the first though, and Netter did a good job and getting a released one out. Personally I believe it was never backdoored or keylogged. Perhaps blizz they pumped the cheat detection up and hid it so well that no one expected anything to happen. Just because someone had been fount guilty in the passed, doesn't mean they can't change. Netter got his moment of guilt way back, so he's had his punishment for being revealed one time as a scammer. He tried to make amends with this I'm sure. Blizz sux.

My cd key bannage is a bit harsh, 'cause I ain't got another one, but I'm really angry they closed my account..my barb was just doing baal runs anyway didn't even need a maphack. Guess my fault though hahahahhahaha..I need ed to see where the monsters were so I could always stay back and not get hit in WSK..rofl

ok..I'm banned and..I am gonna have to quit unless I can get a new cdkey. But I'm so damn poor.

ok i dont know the entire story but i have been reading these forums every since it happened i think it is funnier than hell man all of u have to admit it was brillant u know u wanna be the guys that did this cuz *hit their life would be made cuz they will just go sell all that *hit they did a fail proof plan whoever did it cuz think the new patch comes out and everyone is waiting on one working mh to come out then it does and it is put on all the d2 forums it was even put on my site and then since u all are using the mh either blizz detected it and u got banned or they changed ur pass and u cant go cry to blizz cuz they told u not to use hacks and they wont help hackers so basically blizz gets more money off this cuz ppl ave to go rebuy the game. i dont have the game but did at one time and i am trying to make the demo work but i have only found one prob the install path but i will tell more about that in another post have fun to all that got hacked
