EasyMap does not steal your account. You are detected by battlenet as using a maphack and your accounts are changed and your cd-key banned. I went on and made a new account and my cd-key is banned.

you won't be able to get it back... unless you have 1 billion proxies and much much time with bruteforcing.. they probably change it to 20 digit code

I would imagine they would just disable the account and send out the incorrect password message because they either
a. want to confuse
b. to lazy to add a new message
