Texas and Alaska both have lots of oil. And the reason we rely on foriegn oil is because we use so much of it.

The tank battle wasn't amazing. You just had better tanks, so of course you we're going to win. However, at that point in the war it didnt make much of a difference

No, America is conserving oil and buying it all from foreign countries so eventually everyone will depend on America for oil and they can make other countries buy it off them for stupid prices.

[glow=red]Germans had the better tanks, like pnzers, T-34 had a good armor, but a bad shot and small range a lot of our tanks were destroyed from the difference, it was amazing just because it is the biggest tank battle in history. It made major difference, if not for us all those tanks (and thats a lot of tanks more all are superior to once US or UK had) would go to western front, or would secure the oil fields for Hitler. It was his last attempt to succede so it was the most fierce fight of the war, it was his last struggle, after that he was only retreating. Many people died that day, all of them were heroes.[/glow]
