It would be god damn fun and funny and UMS would be way more interesting, when saying 100 units i mean anything that Blizzard team can think of =], for example chicken mutants =], raynor's grandma =]] and all kind'a funny shit like this, i mean without any logic and balancing...
Or maybe more realistic thing: UNIT EDITOR/CREATOR. that would be just awesom...

Well that was supose to be in Sc but blizzard splited them. the expolidin thing was converted to infet terran

I had 2 new idea's come to mind yesterday, here they are:

- Some kind of Terran Ghost that doesn't use a Canister Rifle, but uses some kind of blade (DT type thing) and is always cloaked at night, but during the daytime it uses twice as much energy as a normal Ghost that is cloaking.

- A Terran Sniper, it would have more range then a Seige Tank, but it would have to be low in HP and not that accurate. A good upgrade could be a drug that lets them more steady and accurate, but uses HP as an energy cost (Sorta like the drug in Metal Gear Solid VR Missions)

Hm... i was thinking just now... yes i CAN think.

How 'bout a spy? He/she steals upgrades from the opponent. And at the same time messes up the base.

Yeah, I was thinking of some water units too. And it would be neat if there were some transforming units or something. Maybe a special Terran land unit could be pretty much like a marine but cost more and be able to turn into a motorcycle that is much faster, but only for a limited time. Or maybe there could be Protoss units that could disguise as critters and then ambush!

i don't really think there a lot of good ideas of terran melee. (just imagine a bunch of humans punching a ling to death.)
what would be cool would be marines that have a jetpack and can hover for a few seconds. or maybe a new unit?
at least have something new in infantry for terran that can take some punishment. an exosuit, maybe?

i don't really like the idea of self destruction that much. it seems to let the person whos about to lose able to annihilate all opposition 2 easily. How about genetically mutated engineered stuff? like super sheep, with a self destruct bomb attached to it? just like worms...
there should be more than just the infested terran for infesting.
Spies... that's an interesting idea. except it cant really work 2 well against other species. (You can't dress ppl like hydralisks that well). Perhaps a saboteur?
the tower idea... i think turrets do the thing nicely. their sight isn't bad.
wat the hell do we need water for? we got air already! Zerg could use a capital ship. A flying ultralisk, maybe? with 2 plasma cannons?
the day-night cycle wouldn't have much impact on sc. it would just change sight a bit and appearances. like the marines have their flashlights on. (they have them as part of their suit, if u look at the pictures in the starcraft book)

Zerg-

Terran-
Saboteur that can power off a terran building. or steal upgrades. or inject neuro toxins into a zerg building, thereby poisoning it, or... against toss... sabotage the shields, turning the shields to 0.
Or he can just blow the whole thing up. maybe even hack into the computer systems.
Psi emitters! or something that has some effect on zerg. maybe stun them for awhile but that's 2 much like maelstorm. confuse them?
Some kinda melee unit. with a real weapon. I doubt if a knife can do anything if a gun only deals 6 dmg. maybe a melee battle droid!
why can't medics poison units? Maybe give them an ability to throw a poisonous canister. They already have the grenade firers. optic flare, why not some toxic inject?

Protoss-
shield battery is kinda weak. why not let it add energy instead/as well as shield? maybe a unit that can move but has similar effect as shield battery.
maybe the carrier could have a primary attack. something with a punch, but very slow. something like phasers.

Other-
interative environment, maybe? can blow up cliffs and create avalanches... some way to sabotage a terrain to make it unable to be build over unless changed again. Able to build bridges, and an easy way to build a wall (not too strong, mind you). The Age of Empires 2, you have to build each block of wall individually. too much effort for something like that. You should just hold the single click and slide it in the way you want.
Some terrain should be slower to move on than others. Ex: Rubble. Vehicles could go slower than infantry on some places, except perhaps the vulture. Roads can be constructed.

Alot of people miss-understood the purpose of the tower so I'll try and explain what it does...

The Turret doesn't reveal as much map as tower, but a Turret can detect cloaked units. While a Tower is only there for the sole purpose to reveal more map.

i know, there would be a unit kind of like an observer, but it is a little diffferent. it would have 2 irregular functions from a normal obs. number 1, it would be able to go in defensive mode, where it is invincible, but cannot see anything or move(this move would require energy.) plus nobody, not even sensors would see it in this mode. its kind of like when its in trouble. number 2 it would have a "home setting" you would click set home(it would have a house on the button) and select a location, then the house will have an arrow next to it meaning "go home" where it uses all its enregy(as much as it has) to go home, transported. this will be able to have a minor attack. it would probably fall under the category of prottos.
