Yes, and it is possible to get into legal trouble. I believe this could go under larceny. Plus, they could sue you for more than 25$, as paypal would probably want a piece of the action too (little leeching bastards).

1) scams (like this 1) can really mess pplz up n theres no way 2 tell if its a scam or not
2) pplz who scam usually dun have skills n just copy wut other pplz do

1) only stupid pplz get hacked (its their fault n it can b prevented if pplz stop being so greedy n trying to get dupes)
2) hacking is very complex n not all tat many pplz can do it well (key word well)
3) as ultimate said "without hacking, where would you be getting those hexes you have scammed for?" (we used hacking to get things into bnet for u pplz 2 scam

btw plz if u r gonna post scams dont do it in b net hacking... scaming has *NOTHING* to do with hacking post it in like general discusion or stratagies n tatics or sumthing (hehe scamming takes stragegies) or we should open a bnet scamming section

I think that this is a great scam, but I don't know why it is stuck in a "Hacking" board. And true hackers know that "Hacking" is the joy of programming in one form or another. Go get the def out of the jargon files. Nothing in there says that hacking exploits people, especially without any use of hacking skill.

lol? also couldnt a moderator move it if they thought it shouldnt be here? and another thing u know what u say really doesnt matter cause your outnumbered by the people that do "tip there hats" to me for posting such a good scam, i mean some guys got 40 hexs....how long u think that would take with trade hack...also a guy that uses trade hack isnt a hacker....just a cheater unless he actually made the module....so go tell all the gys with post "what u got trade hacking" to move there to disscussion board

damn this thread has really gone down the ****ing drain lol. first everyone was talking about how great this scam was and now its just turned into some big argument. on one side there are honest people that cant find and justification behind the concept of stealing other's money. yet they steal other's items through trade hack. on the other side is the people that think screw the victims! they're the ones who are insecure and keep coming back to this thread and posting trying to convince others that the stealing is ok just so that they calm down their concience. what do i think? i dont know. its an argument that has two sides and both have good reasons. on one side there is people that think its wrong and everything gets screwed up when you do it. theyre the people that run pindle bot all day and find windforces and get really good from experience. on the other is the people that just want the good items and will do anything to have them. theyre the people that go around through pvp games wielding theyre bugged eye of etlich and iths with crazy mods. i personally dont play diablo much anymore so i dont care really. but think of it this way: what if blizzard deletes all hacked items with the patch? then what have you accomplished? all youve done then is robbed someone of their money. then no-one is happy (except the seller). i think mods should close this thread and unsticky it because this is a hacking forum and not a scamming forum and what you all are doing is against the law. plus its getting everyone mad at each other and now we have about three pages and 70 posts worth of bitching and a lot of it is just stupid spam.

getting old. my friend tryed to pull this one today and got several sellers wanting specific account names to deliver to attached to the payment for "Security Reasons" lol....old...just like moving the item around in the trade window...lol

Apparently you mods don't get the point. I don't care that it's in the hacking forum. I care that it's illegal. The hacking board is now condoning stealing people's money or what? I guess reporting the post won't work, since the mods don't care... Have no fear though, I don't give up too easily.

I guess you people really don't get it, I don't steal anything like actual money, as you don't know who the hell you are scamming.

Frankly, I'm sure you, follow, don't care who you are scamming, but someday, you are going to scam the wrong guy, as in he will make you fuc*ing pay for all those things you said you would sell. Do you know how hard 400 hexes are to get, then you lose all your profits, and the guy has one, and leaves you in a miserable heap.

In the meantime, people hate you, so who really has won in your "foolproof" scam?
