the real drawback is real stores email the paypal acct that made payment to verify the buyer is same person "free lance" sellers with no websites are just losers trying to make money with a dupe,so thats why i scam them.

lol omfg you wont believe what just happend. ok so i was in the trade channel and found a dude selling 18 hexes for 9 dollars i said i would ask my mom about it. i then spamed about me having the 18 hexes someone replied. i said 4 him to email the dude who really had the hexes the 9 dollars. this is where it all went wrong. the seller who had the hexes sent the account name and pass word for the account that had hexes on it to the victims email. i asked if he could wisper it to me but he told me to check my email. meanwhile the victum said that i should give him his hexes or he would email paypal and file a lawsuite. the vic emailed paypal and then the seller to tell him he emailed to paypal.so to shorten things up into a small summery, the vic thought the sellers email was mine and emailed paypal about me but he accualy emailed about the seller and now they are both mad. and its all thanks to u follow-hollow lol

yeah, but the guy that didn't receive his hexes will probably write to paypal, and paypal will threaten you and all that stuff...

I respect your scam ability but this is really getting out of the line from fun into stealing...

they couldnt really do anything because think about it. you tricked him and sinse paypal and battlenet arent affiliated paypal probably wouldnt even be allowed to look at bnets logs. they wouldnt have proof (which they need to take you to court). and think about this also: do you really think you'd be sued over $25? i think not

Blizzard does not support the sale of items through things like Paypal, especially hacked items. Since you aren't supposed to do this neither side really has a case. The seller wasn't supposed to be selling the items in the first place, and the buyer willingly sent his money away hoping to recieve HACKED items in exchange.

Court fees, etc. would also amount to more than $25 (for both sides) so it would be kind of pointless to sue someone for such a small amount. There is no way that you can be punished for doing this. The only battles would be between the victim and the seller, and causing this isn't really moral.

i was sitting in trade channel looking for a "real" seller to start a scam and i encountered 18 people selling 200 hex vitas for only $25.00!!!! is this some sort of new scam lol? also how many of u actually got alot of hexs from it like i did?
