Lots of sellers are now asking for a specific account name to give the items to with no exceptions. Its just a matter of time before 99.9% of people ask for this. Just like moving an item around in the trade window.

I think that this is a great scam, but I don't know why it is stuck in a "Hacking" board. And true hackers know that "Hacking" is the joy of programming in one form or another. Go get the def out of the jargon files. Nothing in there says that hacking exploits people, especially without any use of hacking skill.

follow-hollow:ALL U NEED IS A PIECE OF PAPER AND A PEN
hacking? lol

Without hacks, what items would we be scamming for. Legit Sojs? lol

That scam is soooo wrong...using someone's hard earned money for your benefit. I feel sorry for the person sending the money. Good thing hexes are only on West cause everyone and their brother would be doing.

This thread is really kind of sick. Common guys. It's illegal. You're stealing, not just someone's items now, but someone's money. Unstick it and lock it please mods. I really don't think it's appropriate.

lol. Here is the real scam. Paypal receives alot of "MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN HACKED" messages. When they do this they look in their database, find the changed password, and take all your remaining money out, change the records, and give you your password back. PayPal is the real scam. They steal money. lol

That was the point behind the "rob your neighbor's house" scam. It's basically the same concept, but for some reason my thread was closed.

You people who are willing to perform this scam either are assholes, or you have alot of balls. But seriously, imagine you work a paper route, you get 25 dollars a week. You wanted to buy some hexes for the character in diablo which you are hopelessly addicted to. Some guy comes around selling 500 hexes for 35 dollars. You have to "borrow" a bit of money off your mom's paypal account, and you send him the money. The guy doesn't deliver the hexes, and your f*cked, and your mom is pissed.

This scam really pushes the edge. I tradehack, because I feel that people should be smarter, and should know better, now they do. Your scam is essentially as celestial badger said stealing from another guys house so your character can be more hacked.

You guys are crazy, I just hope none of you end up in jail. lolz

*Also, it is unwise to sticky this post because if one of the victims happens to stumble across this post, then the moderators could possibly end up in some legal trouble. This is basically stealing which is illegal in case you forgot.

are you out of your mind? you could email blizzard and tell them that the world was ending in 20 minutes and they would say "we've recieved your mail, and here's a list of some solutions to your problem...."

they don't give a fuk if you lost $1 or $1,000,000. They have said they don't promote the buying and selling of items online. they are not going to go out of their way to track down these people just because some little 12 year old kid said he lost $25 of mommy's money.

this scam is very good, and you can't get caught unless you do something really stupid. So far in less than 24 hours I've made 40x 3/20/20's, 2x raven spirals, 4 socket valor, and I'm working on some other stuff now. Thanks bro, for the great scam.

By the way people, try not to wear out this scam too much so its useless :-/

everyone who comes to this forum looking to find scams, is losing sight of the purpose of this board. without hacking, where would you be getting those hexes you have scammed for?

oh and by the way... you people that say its so morally wrong and that you are stealing their money:

what is stealing someone's cd key? they paid 50 bucks (or whatever) for their game, and now they can't play it online because someone hacked them and stole their cd key. same thing, right?

ponder that...

so that is supposed to justify you scamming people?

money can buy anything, from anyone. to the average person, a cd-key won't get you a cup of coffee. lol. and even if someones cd-key was stolen and in use. they can just play on a different realm.

all of my previous scams that I have ever used have been purely in the interest of hacking. I take cd-keys to run multiple copies of d2 on different realms of the person I took it from.
