could someone explain in an overview how to make a trigger or triggers that would create units in a certian location for a player but only for a certian ammount of time? thanks :)

Theres a lot of more ways to solve your problem.

there are many units that crash starcraft like indpendant command centers or many units when disabled these units only crash starcraft when you see them.

If you place a unit that crashes starcraft when you see it on a cliff or other area that it is generaly impossable for any players to see under standard condtions. You have created a anti hack trigger. Anotherwords if they see the unseeable unit with a hack it will crash. (i used this in house of the haunted vertion 1.1)

I personly like to disable arbitors

Or like under single player:

If you create a trigger that says:

Current player acumulates atleast 10000 minearals and gas
----
Display message: you used the show me the money cheat, you lose.
End game in defeat for current player.

Or you could do it with 500 minerals for the cheat : whats mine is mine.
This way in single player if they do a cheat like that, it will lose the game for them.

unless

the game you are making requires you to have 10000 minerals or something of that sort.

If in the game (if it's single player) they accumalate way more mins/vespene then they EVER should, just set it so they lose.

Also: Make a 2x2 location, make a trigger for a player, that tells it to center on ANY building, if it sees 2 buildings inside the location, remove them. (This WILL actually work, there is no biulding smaller then 2x2, so the only way of having 2 inside this location would be to stack.)

Ok i have a question i was playing a map and when i built a plylon it got moved but the pylon auora was still there where i built i what happened?
