Once again, totally different issue. Streaking is ILLEGAL.

..and there is no "law" on public profanity *if you mean profanity, as swearing*...

If your wearing something in public that someone doesnt like, they can do something about it.

Actually no. It's unconstitional to do so.

I could go around wearing a shirt that said "nigge.r" in public, and the cops could do absolutely nothing. Of course I may get my ass kicked...but that's a whole other story.

Infact, a kid went streaking at my school durring a football game(freshman). he got expelled from the school district entirely. he has to go to the next valley over to go to school. and there he has no friends and he has to start life over becaue he was streaking. Now do you think that the people that had him kicked outta the district thought that was freedom of expression or freedom of speech?

Hey you may be kicked out of school or watever but you had fun doing it and may make some girlie friends =)
