Once again, totally different issue. Streaking is ILLEGAL.

..and there is no "law" on public profanity *if you mean profanity, as swearing*...

If your wearing something in public that someone doesnt like, they can do something about it.
Actually no. It's unconstitional to do so.

I could go around wearing a shirt that said "nigge.r" in public, and the cops could do absolutely nothing. Of course I may get my ass kicked...but that's a whole other story.
