Why Dragnskull has been absent from BF

for those of you that know me and has wondered why i havnt been around (if anyone) heres the story:

Friday (2 weeks ago) i was arrested.
i went to school and was accused of smelling like pot (even though i hadnt smoked anything...dumb@ss Bus driver) 2 guys grabbed me and told me what she accused me of. they observed me for about an hour then said "well, you dont smell like pot to us, and your eyes arnt red or anything, and from how youve been talkin to us its obvious your not hi or under the influence of anything, so were gunna let you go ian sec, but we gotta search you" well i thought i was safe. i had put on a dirty pair of pants that had been lost for a week or so, and since i didnt know i had anything on me i willinigly empied my pockets...well i pulled out a lighter with a switchblade on it (a novelty lighter, i didnt know i had it on me, i was shocked) and then they arrested me. i spent the night in jail, got a $5k bond, and i got court coming up now. so your beloved Dragnskull got pwned by the school big time.

feel bad for me anyone? well show your love guys cause i dunno when the next time i can get on this comp will be...although i dont think im grounded from it this time.

o btw...i got a 3rd degree felony, and im 17 so i was tried as an adult.

1. it wasnt a switchblade AND a lighter...it was a lighter with a switchblade on it (a novelty lighter) , i also had a regular blade on me but that didnt matter.

Well yeah, exactly why it's funny. I've never heard of such a thing. That's pretty harsh....Something like that here would just result in detention or something...haha. They don't even call the police if they think you're high at school, they just call your parents.

you do know since they searched you without the correct procedures, it is unconstitutional and they have violated your 4th Amendment rights?

Believe me i know, in history at skool we r talking 'bout court cases, and there was a court case, sum school v t.l.o. and they searched her purse in school, and it violated her rights and she won the case. Bring this up with your teacher and see what s/he says.

ya i know ...another thing: the school personel searched me, not a cop...BUT when the cop arrested me he never read me my rights, ever. my guess is he knew this was an accident and tried to give me aloop hole

That is like voided when you are on school grounds, trust me I know.

If I had one on me, I'd take a picture. If he's talking about what I think hes talking about, they are small, have a little button on the top that shoots out your everyday flame, and then a button on the side to release and contract a small blade. Really small angel blades...dull as hell, costs about 4 bucks, still illegal in most states and definately illegal in all schools =\

...and why would they charge you as an adult? 17 = not an adult.

When you're sixteen you can get tried as an adult, but thats up here in Canada I don't know about the states.
