My friend prefers that brand. Chocolate is the best flavor.I just ordered this stuff...40$ shipping included. Lol, my mom got so pissed at me. She was like thats bad for you! It took me a long ass time to convince her that its safe as long as I dont overdose or something.

For a second there I thought I ordered actual ice cream...
Im hesitant to take creatine anymore it makes me feel like I too a huge dose of cafine and feel all gitery but then again I dont work out near as much as I use to.Nah, not creatine. Too few studies done on it. I dont know the positive or negative effects it may have on me.
bulk has nothing to do with the 100m dash. As in any running event for track it is all about form. As far as putting on muscle, it all depends on how well you handle weight gain. As I said in my exp. too much muscle gain can be bad if you are not use to the weight you put on.About the track, I think there is an optimum weight you must stay at. I know that for the 100m dash you need to be pretty bulked up. But, Im not too sure about the 1-2 mile run. However, you probably need a decent amount of muscle on your frame unlike the crosscountry runners.
The reason I said that bulk has something to do with the 100m dash is because nearly all of those runners are pretty muscular when compared to the cross country dudes. Im guessing it helps you out a bit.Im hesitant to take creatine anymore it makes me feel like I too a huge dose of cafine and feel all gitery but then again I dont work out near as much as I use to.
