Do any of you take this supplement? If so which brand? Im thinking of taking this stuff when I go back to the gym...The only thing im worried about are the artificial sweeteners in there!

My mom does, Vanilla Whey. But I don't. I either get SlimFast or Soy.

during wrestling season i used gnc pro performance 100% whey protein (chocolate duh) 40 grams.....but where you'll see the real performance and gain is creatine....i used peak nutrition creatine monohydrate 300 grams

here was my schedule...wake up take a serving of creatine in water, at lunch have a protein drink, before working out have another serving of creatine in water, then after the workout have a protein drink...i did this consistently for about 3 months and gained 10 lbs...

you wouldn't think so from the pics you may have seen of me, but i was weighing in at a ripped 165 my junior year...now 2 years later i weigh 140, but thats what not lifting a weigh for that long will do to you, no matter what the means of your gain is

yeah I have your same body type! Its really hard for me to gain weight. I dont want to take creatine because they havent really done much studies on that but im pretty sure the protein is safe.

You should have gained way more during those 3 months! The key is to eat like a beehotch...they say to multiply your body weight (in lbs) by 18 to see how many calories you should be taking per day. You should also try to spread your meals (5-6) throughout the day so you have a constant source of protein because your body can't store it.

Optimum nutrition's 100% whey is looking good. It won protein supplement of the year for several years in a row. Im thinking of going for that but its a bit pricey.

You have it in reverse.... MEN intake whey, WOMEN INTAKE SOY.

AND IT IS WAY EASIER TO HAVE ONE PROTIEN SHAKE THAN TO EAT 40 TURKEY Sandwiches ....

Why take pills? Just meat a lot of choice meats and work out? Give it time and you'll beef up. And its natural. Natural seems to be what people are looking for now a days.
