Probably the best dragons I've seen in a movie were in D&D: Wrath of the Dragon God. They looked pretty freakin' hardass there. There was a frost wyrm and if I'm not mistaken the really big black one was undead...

The movie itself wasn't anything fantastic, but the dragons were hardcore.


Edit: Oh, and can't forget Reign of Fire. Again, not the best movie ever, but it will live in my heart forever simply for being a visually well-done Dragon Apocalypse. Oh, AND it has Gerard Butler in it.
