there is no such thing as agnostic. either you believe in A god or you dont. and as for those scientific catholics or atheists...wouldnt you be contradicting yourself every five seconds? "God was responsible for the big bang." sure bud. oh and i love how religous people defend the bible by using prases and statements from the bible. Then when you shoot them down. they say, "Well, i pity you for not feeling the love from God as i do." oh man...really wish i had that love. i mean all that omnibenevolence...with chaos, death, and famine in the world. Wow, wheres the line for omnibenevolence cause i want some. As for me. I dont believe in gods or such. im purely scientific.

Um.. WtF? There are people who dont know if there is a god or not. What is so hard to comprehend about that? Thats like saying that you cant be neutral, you can only be good or bad. Not everything can be put into a black & white perspective.

ok so in saying that you're not sure if there is a god or not, that if there is a god and he comes down to save the believers or whatever that youll repent for your sins and hope youll be taken to heaven and that if there isnt a god that you can just say..eh...who gives a ****? you cant have it both ways. either you say who gives a **** or you repent for your sins.

I'm Christian (Lutheran), I believe in God and the Bible. However, I also believe in science. And yes, Green(Sphere), it is possible to believe in both without contradicting yourself. In fact, it's incredibly easy if you don't take the Bible literally (basically, if you're not fundamentalist). If you don't believe in the Bible at all, that's not my problem, and I'm not going to back it up with statement from the Bible because, well, I don't use my religion as a crutch. You'll also never hear me say anything about "feeling the love of God"...that just seems odd....

My stance is I do not know if there is a god, but I do not worship one and I find it highly improbable that there is one.

That makes me agnostic...

well being of a religion isnt the bible or whatever text your holy book and that you would have faith in your holy book? how can you say that you belong to a religion and then yet not take the sayings or teachings literally. even so metaphorically?
