Quiet is always better than having a crowd of people loom over you. It's plain annoying, I can't see why anyone wants to be like that.

I also wouldn't want to belong to the popular group, because as mentioned in your little stereotypical paragraph, you make fun of others. What's the point? What kind of personal benefit does it bring to people? Is it fun? I don't understand how making someone feel bad about themselves is fun. No point to it.

And the funny thing is, all the things about me are the mix of the groups the paragraph writer would want to make fun of

And BTW, the most popular girl in the school has uncontrollable acne and wears glasses. People like her for her personality better than for her looks.

1.sports..stright A's
2.video games/anime...C's and B's
3.quiet.stright A's....
4.strange and talks to no one....B's,A's
5.extreamly annoing and ignored and made fun of .D's F's

im kinda in the video games/anime. but i have friends in various areas.. you really dont know if someone if rich in my school because we all wear the same things....uniforms...:hbut

my school has a few major groups

Football/water polo team (jocks): A's/B's... damn annoying, think they are above everyone else
Stoners: B's they're everywhere, no one really cares much about them.... usually funny people, great people to hang around
Nerds (I hate that word): not so much the universal nerds, just people that chill in the library and do their homework before going out to the tree (popular hangout at our school) or the beach(Place in front of the pool) ect.
Goths (that word makes me mad too, it makes you think of scary cut themselves people): Cool people... funny, love their music
"Punks": Just like everyone else, cept listen to diff music.


Not too many groups i hate besides the jocks.

My school doesnt really have groups that I know of, Everyone is either a shit kicker(redneck) or not...

As far as the first person they are either in middle school or just plain ****ing stupid...And I noticed some1 saying casual sex and drugs are bad. How dare you say that man how can you even think that?

well, in my school, there are the prep types of course...there are the punks, the little gothy people...the gamers (mostly freaking magic the gathering and d&d), then there is me...all by myself. oh yeah, and the black people...(no speedy, not trying to disciminate of course, but they seperate themselves)

the beauty is that in my school is that we can all hang out peacefully. sure, im sick of the punk kids sucking in kids like a vacuum, one day some kid is a prep, next a punk, yeah, i call that being a poser. but for the most part, we can all relate about something. everyone who has been in my high school for the past 10 years knows me, or at least my name. i dont know how/why, but they all know me. i find no use in whining about it, i just say hi back and question why the hell they talked to me

Our school has only two groups:

The loud, extremely preppy and rich people, and then the quieter, not so popular ones.

I belong in the quiet group, almost all of us listen to different music, 'cept a few people, and we all get along fine. A few people belong in both groups.

I have no interest of doing it; those people are just way too loud and different from me. They have no interest of hanging with me either, because during a crisic in relationships with the people in my grade, I was ALWAYS seen alone reading a book or sketching in my notepad. I'm to quiet/weird/even nerdy for them.

And they diss the less fortunate, plus the people who don't like shopping and who don't like rap. Most of them have learned to be shallow so they're not singled out.

Haha, my school has these little cliques. I hang out with my "posse" at a daily basis. There's the A4E (All the asians.. Gah, they freak me out) The "punks" the freshman "punks" , The football team, the library peeps, and that's pretty much it. Oh and the peeps that play soccer (cough, beaners) Haha

I,too, think it is wrong to say you can only belong to 1 group. I hang out with many of the groups at my school. (although i can say that ive been ridiculed by ppl for doing that).

Popular at my school means the prep girls with rich parents that live in the suburbs and the dumb jocks that play football. It's a cliche but it's true. I'm not popular but I'm not a nerd. It helps that I keep my D&D obsession quiet and I don't wear highwater pants or anything like that. StarCraft is a cool game and most of the smart guys play it.
