Sure he was a cruel leader, tell us something we don't know. Yes, all of that may be true, but you know what? Bush promised us weapons of mass destruction. He used false accusations to start a war, and for that, it is totally un-justified. I'm sorry, but I won't be part of his lies and mind control. As someone said above, war should be a last resort, and that's it. It's the worst way to deal with things, and should only be used if absolutely necessary. Period.Originally posted by Sakuhta
We KNOW Hussein through barrels of oil into the sea in qua-wait(or however the **** you spell it), we KNOW Hussein testd his drugs by dropping them on one of his own cities then studying the dead bodies. We KNOW that Iraq is a dictatorship of a country and that Hussein was a cruel ruler and needed to be taken down.
As I've stated before, Saddam was a cruel dictator. That's granted. Yet the fact of the matter is, the US cannot act as a ****ing superhero. We have our own country to worry about, and we cannot go around taking down other countries because of people we simply do not like. IF we do this, and jump in at every cruelty, we will cause way more trouble for ourselves than necessary. More trouble on our economy, more trouble from our reputation, more trouble for our safety, just nothing but problems. Sometimes it's more wise to look out for yourself, than try to save the world.
