I'm going to assume that you mean the war in Iraq.

I'm against it, because I feel the reasons were not just, and that Bush is a moron.

The war on Iraq. Yes, I'm against it totally. My main reason for my opinion is that the war was based on total assumptions, without enough hard evidence. Bush promised us "Weapons Of Mass Destruction", yet I STILL fail to see them. He keeps stating that they ARE there, and they will be found, yet he bases this on absolutely nothing, and in my opinion, he will never find them because they don't exist. People now approve of the war because Saddam was caught, but you have to remember the so called reason that we invaded Iraq in the first place.

Too many lives are wasted in this war, both Iraqi and American. It just isn't worth it, in my opinion.

depends on what type and against which two party,

eg. war in iraq im against but world war ii im with......

reason for war in iraq: bush is being a ****tart, hes claiming to goto iraq becuz of INITIALLY wmd........ he then changed the subject to get rid of sadaam, then he went for the oil. bush should go **** himself and get assassinated.

reason for wwii: hitler was just waaaaaaaay too much. he took his perosonal problems into german's problem, killing all them jews.... therefore we did need to get rid of him; he was performing hate crimes.

War never accomplishes anything worth while. There for I am against it. Even if it accomplished anything the people waging it aren't fighting in the wars, they are rich buerocrats sitting in their little offices (or shoud I say big) while the working class dies for them.

War is a stupid and un civilized way of dealing with things. I agree with forged totally...it really doesn't accomplish anything.

Are you actually FOR war, NTS? It's sad so many people are =(.

Yes, possibly in certain times it can be necessary, but this Iraq war sure as hell isn't one of those times.

Another brainwashed American... You have no independance, you are dependant on everything, you have no freedom, you are being tricked, and brainwashed by your colourful media and history books.
The government is allowed to conscript you, the government is allowed to take you away in the middle of the night for interrgation, you can be moved around as they please, you call this free?
And for independance, you're not independant and neither is your country, we all HAVE TO depend on eachother a lot more than you know. Countries depend on eachother for oil, goods, food, metal resources, you depend on your society, your money, your boss, your government every other country that supplies you with food and goods.
You can stop a war with a signed piece of paper. The UN tried to stop the war with Iraq. Hell, even WWII wasn't neccessary, it could've been stopped in a number of ways but you let Germany get too strong without doing something about it, you wouldn't have to start a war, you could try a strong alliance, a assination?
War is just stupid, it's all mighty men in their chairs who think they can decide the fate of their country.
Sometimes it was neccesary but not without a alternative, what president Bush did is make it 'neccessary' in your mind. Make it seem that it was America's turn to 'save' the world and got your support. Just to get oil, there was no noble deed that got you into this war but black gold, when America realised that they were going to run out the capped there oil wells and started importing. It's just another ploy to get even richer when resources get tight.

We KNOW Hussein through barrels of oil into the sea in qua-wait(or however the **** you spell it), we KNOW Hussein testd his drugs by dropping them on one of his own cities then studying the dead bodies. We KNOW that Iraq is a dictatorship of a country and that Hussein was a cruel ruler and needed to be taken down.

Good ****ing god... most people who talk about against the war have the stupidist reasons and are just trying to be against things.

How is any of that effecting me? Hussein is killing his own people with weapons we gave him. If the Iraqs carred let them rebel.

Yes but if there was no war there would only be peacful anarchy, and I think that byfar surpasses the greatness of any thing the U.S could do.

This is no worse than what several south american dictators who are supported by the american government do. Why don't we go after them, hmm $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Sauidi Arabia had much more to do with the terrorist attacks than did Iraq. So far I haven't seen any evidence that Iraq had anyhting to do with these attacks. Why didn't we attack Saudi Arabia? We like their oil.

Halliburton is making how much on this war?

Saddam Hussein tried to kill who? Oh thats right I remember now Geroge Bush Senior.

This war is justified under false pretenses, and was started due to personal agendas.

War should be something that a country uses as a last resort, yet we are involved in an ongoing conflict with a country that posed little or no threat against us when we started it.

If you don't like those reasons here are a few more.
The Bush administration is wasting tax dollars on this war that could have been put to a better use.
The Bush administration is wasting the lives of young men and women that could have been put to better use.
The Bush administration is giving a generation of Iraqi people a reason to be terrorists some day.
The Bush administration is pissing off lots of other countries that could have been our allies.

The only reason Germany turned to Hitler was because of the Treaty of Versailles and the humilitation after WWI. WWII would have been prevented had Germany been treated fairly.

War is a waste of time, money and lives. What did you accomplish in Iraq? u were able to have Americans and Iraqs both killed because President Bush wanted to go in there. He had the idea to go into I raq before the 9/11 attack. It was even proven there was no connection between Iraq and the 9/11 crap.

Face it u cant defend the war when the war has nothing to defend it was a waste.
