As I already said, I understand what you guys mean, I just wanted to point out that we are talking about easy-to-mak-maps of a computer game here

And i dont nessesarily use the word "n00b" and "pwned" so your ok, dont expect that degrading vocabulary from me.

Hmm I think Ive said everything I wanted to say about this topic:
1. SCU is good
2. SCU is bad
3. I understand people who dont like to use SCU
4. I accept SCU being forbidden here
5. But I want SCU-haters to accept that there ARE people who use SCU without stealing anything because they want to become mappers, too.

I hope you are smart enough to understand that there is a major difference between a book and a map, yes in both cases you DO the same thing: steal, but the thing you steal is different (Big difference by the way!). Seems like you've run out of smart things to say.

So since a toaster isn't equal to a book, it's perfectly okay to steal it. And since your lamp isn't equal too a book, it's perfectly alright if I stole it. Who the hell cares if you steal a toaster or a lamp!? It's not equal to a book! I hope you understand there is a major difference between a book and a toaster/lamp.

We are perfectly aware of that. And there ARE people who use SCU without learning anything because they want to steal maps. I would like you to accept that.

Once again, i will attempt another metaphor. For those of you who cant comprehend a single metaphor, this last part is not for you. Dont say, Who wants that? That wont happen? Sc Map=book? None of that.

Think of SCU as a gun. None of which the magnitude of it should be considered, but the basic point.

I think the major topic of this thread, is why I allow the Unprotectors be posted in the warcraft hacks section.

1. The WarcraftIII map protector is very advanced, and will be able to counter a map unprotector.

2. When Unprotecting a map, the triggers are all screwed up and not use able in the first place.

3. You only can get the map terrian and unit information.

4. Most WarIII map creator relies on mostly triggers and nothing else.

With Warcraft III, you can't steal the whole map. Only parts of it. So thats why I do allow discussion and links there.
