You could just say to her, or think in your mind, "Hey, she's just a bitch that wont get anywhere in life, I deserve better." and that's it. Don't try to pull yourself down with just this one girl, when there's millions out there.. ( And rare ones to name one.. )

The best way to get a girl along when she is with freinds is jsut to cooly walk up to the crowd ( dun trip or fall) and when u get close enuff look over ther eshoulds and yell , 'OMG FREE MAKE-UP1!!" and when they all turn aorudn and look...grab teh girl you want to talk to and pull her away and say ,"sorry but i feel uncomftoable arounds crwods and wanted to talk to you along" then say, " So I have notcie you were single adn was wondering if you would liek a romantic dinner for 2 at the fanciest place in town, then baby we can stroll on the beach and write poerty and look at pictures of unicorns...after getting her pants drippin take her to the nearest bathroom and bang the hell out of her"
