Once I almost got my head cracked open because I was showed into a wall. They're too loud for me. And they swear too much, and I'm too weird for them. *shrug* Works fine for me.

I'm in gr. 8 and the girls are the exactly like the way you mentioned them. 'Cept classmates are always askin each other out. I don't mind though. I've mastered the art of zoning out while still saying "oh, that sucks" or "thats cool" and even "well maybe she wuld be less of a bitch if you hadnt called her a little slut"

Here is my romantic strory...(true by the way)

i met my girl at the library, in 2003, beggining of school year. i last saw her before that in 5th grade.(we are now in 10th)
after 5th grade she went to an enriched junior high, but i stayed in that school till 8th. i went to the library, i didnt c her at first. we walked untill we ended up in the same isle reaching for the same book. we were both looking for the same book and reaced for it at the same time and bumped into one another, thats when the sparks flew( the book was "Black Holes and Time Warps by: Hawkings.") bieng a gentleman i insisted that she took it, than took her out to lunch. we have been together for a bit more than 2 months.:lovedup

I said try getting to know them online, which works. After you have a couple of good conversations, call them via phone. Once you start dating, most of the talking should be via phone or in person, not online.

Also, just for the record, ask them out in person or at least through the phone. Never do it online.

no no.. they are hard to find but gamer guys need gamer girlfreinds...
it's a rule of the world and it doesn't work if they arn't.. or at least if you like anime they should too.. or if you play MTG they should AT LEAST be willing to learn.
once some of you all get into high school there will be alot of difrent ppl, difrent groups if you will, that you will fit more comfortably into. thats where you will find the kind of girls right for you

i find girls that are not into gaming and most of my life is on the computer. I dont really date with them, but, i ugh..."hang out" with them sometimes, lol. I think you know what i mean, and im in grade 11 in canada. Canadian chicks are so much better then amercian chicks XD

I can see your problem, and it seems to be soemthing international, ofcourse it is a little different in Russia but in US the best place to ask them out is at the lockers, preferably if her freinds are in the other classes, it worked for me but i don't know about others.

Cant argue with that last statement. But that does not apply to all. Personally, Im into Russian headbanger chicks.

Really? Almost all the the guys in my class have (or had) girlfriends. Oh well doesn't matter to me, I don't think there are any girls who would want to live out of a hippie van anyway.

It's not the guys, it's the girls. I have no idea if the guys have had girlfriends or not. =P

Don't try the bathrooms; there's plenty of girls in there. Me 'n my group always go to the bathroom. *shrug* It's a way to waste time, therefore not go outside and stay out of the cold.

I live right near Toronto, Canada. It gets pretty cold.

Right now we have snow, and a wonderful -15 degrees Celsius. And that's not counting the wind chill, -30 degrees...

Course, now they don't force us outside anymore. But they did. And it was like -10.

@ N_P's problem: Well, maybe the problem is not enough confidence or possibly a fear of rejection with the person's friends around...the only way I see that would solve your problem is to cofront your fear.
