alright first off minnesota your theroies are ALL WACK, you dont have any contructiveness behind any of your words nad basically all that was contradicting itself. you are obviously split on the topic and cant think on one side.

for me personally, beging gay is just someones sexual orientation, its not about the person at all and the person doesnt change in my eyes one bit. My uncle is gay and he finally came out and told our family after 19 years of being trapped in his own mind. I respect him and think he is one of the greatest person's in my life, He did change in my mind for the first week i knew that he was "gay" but after i talked with him about it he was normal and he went back to being the same uncle i always knew.

so its not a matter of being "gay" its just someones preference, gay should mean happy cuz that was its origional meaning.

Anyways, gay people are said to have a missing chromozone in their cells. People with downsyndrome also have missing chromozones which affects the way that they look and think. Gay people on the other hand are missing another type of chromozone cell, or it is messed up. Which makes them "Different". My great cousin is gay, and my mom said when he was a kid he used to play with barbie dolls. I feel sorry for gay people because they cannot help what they have. Yes it may be wrong or disgusting... whatever your opinion is. They are people, and you shouldnt judge them before you meet them, usually you shouldnt because most people you meet or see are pretty average and are really nice people. Everyone has something wrong and we have to accept it, and being gay is one of those things, I was at a speech last Sunday at church (purpose was NOT to judge gay people because they are gay) the guy said he had tried everything, even getting shocked (by electricity) when he was asked to fantisize about guys. I like people like Freddy Mercury and Elton John, they are great singers. Being gay, in my opinion is wrong, but it cannot be helped, so dont judge it. Can fat people help not being fat? Can retarded people help from being retarded? Can suicidal people get over it? For most of those questions you would most likely say "no", but with hard work, some of them can be cured. You should think before you judge someone. I do think it would be wrongful if your best friend was gay and fantasized about you, because they should respect that you most likely wouldnt like fact of them saying or even thinking that, and if they did tell you that, maybe you could try and help them or tell a councelor or something. I guess being gay is just a "different" type of sexual orientation that most of us are "afraid" of it and the people affected by it because we ourselves are not effected or have anything to do with it.

Thoguh Roach is right, you did contradict yourself there when you said, first, that if your friend told you he was gay, you'ld tell him to go to hell, and then saying that they shouldn't be discriminated against. Perhaps you could clearify that next post.

I have seen on the internet that a few people who were gay actually got over it because of their girlfriends or something, I mean just showing they care and stuff. It sounds like its rare tho

He also said most people who are homosexual are that because they were different from other people, and got picked on a lot. He said people called him a queer all the time and stuff, which made things get worse

Ok, from all of the valuable lessons I have learnt from history, the BEST was this: Even though EVERYONE is going to the right, if u feel inside it is RIGHT to go left, go left. Perfect example: Nuremburg rallies, where Hitler brainwashed millions. Now today we look back on this and clearly see from the present that THIS particular movement (the nazis) was wrong...and argue if we were there we wouldnt have supported Hitler. Now before you go and call ME blind and narrow minded, please for one second step out of your pre-concieved opinions on homosexuality and look back on history and ask yourself, why homosexuality has ALWAYS been 'wrong' up until say the early 90's. And for ONE second try and really think what YOU think is right and wrong and decide if u are going to go 'left' or 'right'. Now I havent been on these forums for months for the very reason that I know no matter WHAT i say, it will never spark a difference in your minds. U will read what I say and BLINDLY disagree. So please do not attack me... just ask urself deep inside what u think is right and wrong.

Freestyler, been a while. Homosexuality hasn't always been wrong. It only became wrong round 2000 years ago when the major religions started to become prevalent.

Perhaps if you would take your own advice and really think about why it's been wrong for the past 2000 years and why it has becomes more and more accepted in the past decade, then you might come to see things from my point of view.

I heard "my theories" from other places. I believe that God created homosexuality because it says something like "He made homosexuality for people who believed in him but did not look up to him"... well something similar to that, I forgot what the exact words were. Scientists do say there are missing chromozones from a homosexual person, but that could also tie into religion if you believe that God was the one who made people with these missing cells.
