Dark Fire Warrior reverts to Vox and draws Devil's Pleasure, once again hearing the tormenting voice of the Lord Of Hatred himself

Mephisto: Take it down, and then kill your friends

Vox's rage builds up and then his voice becomes corrupted again

Vox: [glow=red]Time to lose, Death.[/glow]

Death: you are making a huge mistake fighting me little man

Vox: [glow=red]Do not underestimate the powers of Hell faker![/glow]

 

[Final Warrior]

*The Griffin King stops his assault and stands off to the side, as if he were just spectating.*

Rose Queen: Wha?

Griffin King: This is Vox's fight now, not ours. We can but whatch and wait.

Final Warrior: Ah, I see you have awaken, my liege!

Griffin King: I may be King of the Griffin Warriors and Lord of the clan Griffinhart, but you are still my superior, Raphael.

Final Warrior: Yes, well, we must watch over Vox. He has not the same control as I do.

Ishtar: Hmph. Is that why you seem to be so apathetic towards him?

Final Warrior: No. I am thankful for it.

 

[Kuzmich]

[glow=red]Igor: I think we need to separate, i might be more useful in my individual body.[/glow]

 

[Final Warrior]

Final Warrior: Then leave. We hsall still remain, for Death is always at the end, Igor.

Igor: What?

Final Warrior: United we stand, divided we fall.

*The Griffin King still stands, a spectator.*

Griffin King: Remember, this is Vox's fight, not ours. No one shall make a move towards them.

[glow=red]Igor: If we not gonna fight than we don't need to be united.

"I separated from them"

Igor: I must help my warriors.[/glow]

Vox slides Devil's Pleasure across his right arm, drawing blood.

Vox: [glow=red]There you have it Death, a blood vow that i will kill you[/glow]

Death: You cannot kill me puny man

Vox: [glow=red]My father in soul, IS Death, i would know if it was him. no...you are an imposter, a demon who is imitating him.[/glow]

Vox charges at Death yelling wildly. he stabs Death with Devil's Pleasure but the blade does not contact with it.

Vox: [glow=red]What the?[/glow]

Vox changes Devil's Pleasure with sheer force of will from being a rapier to a broadsword

Vox hacks into Death, this time drawing black, blood.

Vox howls in triumph and pounds his way into Death, then, the scythe comes up

Yratil, and Burq: NO!!!

The Scythe comes down, hitting Vox in the heart. suprisingly, Vox still fights

Vox: [glow=red]I am not felled so easily Demon[/glow]

Death: what!? that should have killed you!

Vox howls again and cuts into Death, blood gushing out from both combatant's wounds

Mephisto: thats right my pet...kill him, make him suffer

Vox: [glow=red]My pet? no...[/glow]

Vox's mind tumbles into flashbacks, he sees himself being tortured by Akara, tortured so that his arms felt they would both break and that his head would explode.

Vox: [glow=red]NOOOOO!!!!!![/glow]

Vox's Eyes turn from Ice blue to Flaming Red, his bloodsoaked red hair turns into the color of jade, his scars burn with flames. He tackles Death to the ground with avengence and Drives Devil's Pleasure through the skeletal face.\

Vox rises from Death's Body which has now turned to ash, then he looks at Griffin King

Vox returns to normal, his voice no longer angry

Vox: I've...failed...

Ishtar: we should seperate now, Final Warrior

Yratil: yes, he looks very upset...

Vox staggers forward and falls to the ground, clutching his chest wound.

Vox: i...cant...see the sun...

 

[Kuzmich]

[glow=red]My warriors destroyed the last of the undead and i ran to Vox.

"Don't move lad, your eyes are broken and your chest is a mess. Here take this rag."

I gave him a ceremonial rag used by my people to train to fight in dark places. He put it over his eyes.

"Better now, lets have someone fix you up. What do you say?"

I yelled to my army

"MEDIC HERE, NOW!!!!!! Its a great thing you done their lad, great thing, you should be proud of yourself."[/glow]

 

[Final Warrior]

*The Final Warrior stands over his near-fallen brother and kneels.*

Final Warrior: *Places hand on Vox's forehead* Brother, can you hear me?

Dark Flame Warrior: He... I... we can't see the sun any longer, my brother.

Final Warrior: Ah, but you are not tortured as much as the truly blind ones, for they yearn for color that they have not seen. You can continue to play images of color throughout your mind, and forever you shall never be a true blind.

Vox: But blindness is still a horrible thing!

Final Warrior: Yes, well, you no longer have to witness the horrors of this world. That is a good thing, isn't it?

*Rhianna strides forth to the kneeling Final Warrior and Vox.*

Rhianna: Besides, Vox, there may be a chance hat you are a Whispered Knight. What do you think Raphael? Does he have a chance?

Final Warrior: They are rare, you do realize that?

Vox: What? WHat are you talking about? WHat's this Whispered Knight thing that you two are talking about?

Final Warrior: Rhianna believes that you have a chance of being a Whispered Knight. A Whispered Kniht is a Knight like no other. However, the Whispereds have been blinded, and have quite a sharp mind. They are amongst the Warrior Elites, for although they cannot see, they have exceptional senses. They can also be quite deadly, for their sight no longer hampers them from doing what they must.

Vox: Sounds nice...

Final Warrior: Yes, well, there are catches. To become a Whispered Knight, one must give up everything that one has. One's life, soul, family...

Vox: I've died enough, and I have no family. Giving up my soul though...

Final Warrior: Yes, but you must give up EVERYTHING, including your love, hope, physical posessions, your morals, principals.

Vox: ...

Final Warrior: And then you must go through the cleansing, where you pray, train, and ultimately, you give up all hopes of being able to see again.

Rhianna: Wait... there might be an exception to that rule!

Final Warrior: Let me guess... the Prophecies?

Rhianna: Yes. Vox could be the Whispered Lord.

Final Warrior: And that would complete another part of the Prophecy. "He who was blinded and He who was whispered to shall go on to fight alongside the last." Now I understand that line... He who once was blind and was a Whispered will continue on to fight with the Final Warrior. But... Vox was already mentioned in the beginning as the Dark Flame Warrior... why did the Prophecy state of another who is a Whispered Knight?

Vox: Maybe... maybe it sn't me?

Final Warrior: Maybe, maybe not... but only the Warriors were meant to fight Lord Apocalypse, so unless there is another unmentioned, then there never was meant to be that line... It doesn't matter. The First work in strange ways... so tell me Vox, do you wish to become a Whispered Knight?

 

[Kuzmich]

[glow=red]I aproached Final Warrior.

"Hello to you freind. Now you know that i am alive. I am making my own country, soon it will a mighty nation. I would much desire to speak to you about trade agreements taht might be made in order for both of our kingdoms to prosper. I am prepared to help you with any trouble that lays on your kingdom, i want it to be like good old days. Heh, so what do you say? I can send my soldiers back, there is much building to be done."[/glow]

 

[Final Warrior]

*The Final Warrior eyes Igor from under his helmet.*

Final Warrior: *Sighs* Igor... later, not now... I have too much on my hands. We need to check on Evers'ilance, make sure nothing else is gone, resecure all escaped prisoners, etc., etc.

 

[Kuzmich]

[glow=red]"Alright, i shall send you an embassador once i get back to my land. If you need any help i will help you. Farewal."

I left and rode with my armies to my homeland. There we started building a capitol city, starting with my castle. A lot of men and women new magic so we build the city quickly. I sent an ambassador to Ever'ilance while preparing to send my armies to different places across the land, and to start builiding new cities.[/glow]

Vox sits up and stares at nothing for a long time

Vox: i accept...

Final Warrior: you sure about this?

Vox: yes...im sorry Ris my love...

a tear streaks down Vox's cheek and he sits down, his sightless eyes scanning the horizon

[glow=red]I left one of my man to rule the country before i return and went back to Final Warrior and Vox. I teleported few steps near them.

"You didn't think i would let you save the world without me, did you? No lads, i am coming with you, so there are we going?"[/glow]

Vox: im going to Evers'ilance to become a Whispered Knight.

Final Warrior: he is blind Igor, he lost his sight while fighting aganst Death

Vox: the scythe just missed my heart, it spread something to my eyes now im blind.

Igor: one fake arm and blindness? wow life's rough for you

Vox: i know...god help me i know.

Vox gets up and walks around blindly.

Kie comes up behind Igor

Kie: hello again, care to help me get my shipment?

 

[Kuzmich]

[glow=red]"What's that? Your shipment? What are you talking about lad? If nothing major is going on here than i have a coutry to run. Why don't you come with me? I heard you elves know a lot, perhaps you can teach my scientists a thing or two about earth magic? My people are experts in wind and fire, earth isn't our main skill but with all the building that needs to be done few earth spells can come in handy. Come with me. What do you say?"[/glow]

Kie: im a slaver, i deal in slaves to the wealthy. but i know some Earth Magic, not a lot but watch

Kie waves his hand to a boulder, suddenly it turns into a golem of stone

Kie: thats a bit of what i know. but im running out of time i have to pick up a few Prostetudes.

Kie walks off with his caravan humming a travel song

[glow=red]"Alright, if thats your choice so be it."

I rode back to my castle. It was still being build, all my warriors lived in it, in the rooms that looked just like mine. We were proud people and we respected equality. But I didn't have time to reach my room, one of my warriors came to me and told me that there is a messenger waiting for me in the library.I went there and saw an old wrinkled man, he was bent in half and had a brown stick, for support. He greeted me.

"Hello, young master. I come baring news of urgent importance to your growing kingdom."

I nodded my hand and set opposite of him. He continued:

"There is a land to the east of here, people that live in that land worship evil gods, and those gods give them strange powers. That country is called Tataria. They want to conquer all other lands, they conquered my land and yours i fear is next. They come in large numbers, millions upon millions of black armored warriors mixed with dark demons from hell itself. They are coming for you. There is no way out, there shall be war in your land, the land of Rus."

I looked at him and said:

"Than do you think they shall come? I need time to prepare my defences."

"Defences will not be useful against that army, they would eventually overwhelm you. They will be here in a month at most."

"We will see about that." i turned to one of the guards standing in the room. "Bralko go tell the council of clan lords to send warriors to the eastern border and track any movement of approaching army. I don't care who's warriors will go." Than i turned back to the old man. "Do you have any idea on how to stop them?"

"Yes my boy, i do. My people were not much different from yours, we were from the same tribe at one point but than my people and your people split up. There is an ancient prophecy, that in the times than both our people were one a blade was forged and our gods blessed it with powers beyond imagination, but than the blade was lost. There is a powerful dragon living in the mountain range north of here. He was there than the blade was forged, he might know there it is."

I thought for a second but then told the old man.

"Thank you, i will do most i can. You will be given best room in this castle." I turned to another guard."Make it so."

After old man left i stood up and looked outside the window, it was snowing, the snow was making the dark stone from which the castle was build even darker. I went to clan council chamber and said that i appoint Bulago, my most trasted councelor to be a captain until i return. After that i went into casting chamber and started making a spell to teleport myself staright to Ever'ilance in one blink. After the milky cloud stopped glowing all around me i was already near the city gates of Ever'ilance, i went in and followed the road to the castle.[/glow]

 

[Final Warrior]

*The Final Warrior sits within his castle in Evers'ilance, watching, waiting, making sure that all goes well within his lands and outside of it as well. He awaits news of Vox's training.*

*Vox has journeyed far, deep into the wilderness of Evers'ilance alone, blindly seeking the Temple of the Whispered. The days pass. Starving, Vox stumbles upon hard, stone ground. A strange voice speaks to him inside his head.*

Voice: Vox, get up... you're almost there.

Vox: Who are you? Who's speaking to me?!

Voice: You shall find out when you reach the temple... continue on, forever straight... you are nearly there!

 

[Kuzmich]

[glow=red]I went past the gurads to Raphael's chamber. I came up to his thrown and slightly bowed my head.

"I much desire to speak with you, there are troubles upon this lands, we need to decide our fate once again."[/glow]

as Vox walks, panging hunger at his chest, he finally feels he has reached his destination

Vox: the temple of the Whispered

Voice: yes. enter quickly

Vox feels the walls untill he touches a hard oak wook gate it opens and he stumbles inside. suddenly, he can see... not with his eyes but with his other senses. he smells the fresh venison and can feel people's breathing. he walks into the temple and apears before the council of the Whispered

Vox: i am here to become a Whispered knight.
