@Jenny's problem: Basically Donny is a cheap-ass and doesnt want to pay the $100 for the S&H to get a PS3 from Vancouver to whatever state Jenny is from. So, he goes against his own rules and decides to send Jenny the money to go get it herself. And mailing money is like 50x worse.

1) He is sending Canadian dollars, which you will need to get exchanged.
2) She would have to pay an exchange rate for the CDN
3) There is nothing in the contest about another option besides the prize specified.

Peronsally, I wouldn't enter a contest if I actually DON'T get the PS3 as promised.

And Chris, there are no 'huge conversion fees', if there's any at all. I'm in Canada and I do my business in the US. Everything I earn comes in in USD - there's really no difference when they convert it.

I know my brother has his linked to his Paypal, but I don't really want my money in his account. If it was just held in paypal I would use it to order a PS3.

You basically need a bank account attached to a paypal account, otherwise it's kinda useless without it. If i were you, get Donny to transfer the money via paypal (He can send the money as USD, even though he's in Canada) to your brothers account. Your bro can then move the money to his bank account (Which takes a few days) and he can just withdraw it for you as cold hard cash.
Alternately you could just use his paypal account to purchase a PS3 online. Up to you.

unfortunately my prize was reduce by 10$ because of service fee for trasfer or shipping.
