I didn't really ask for any advice from you guys, but I'm glad you're all giving it. It's scary to think that I only got flamed twice in this thread as opposed to by everyone. Maybe BF is finally getting better, haha.

When you post a thread like this, you're bound to get opinions of the varying sort. And the reason you weren't hardly flamed was because PEOPLE need to realize that when someone cries out for help <sorry, lol>, it's nice to try and solve the problem. Instead of being insensative *******s who have nothing better to do than do more harm than good...

Best thing you can do is eat healthy and exercise every day. Even walking instead of taking your car helps. Also..if you drink soda, drop it.

trust me i know the feeling, im 20, 6'3, and roughly 220-240lbs, luckily ive only gone past that mark once, and it didnt last long.


its honostly not too hard to maintaine my typical weight...yes i have to be careful once in a while when i notice things getting...bigger...

little advise:

Try and learn to eat salads for lunch (instead of fast food, i know its hard not to get mcdonalds when ur buds always going there if your like me, but get there salad instead)

Try to teach yourself to drink gatorade/powerade or water instead of cokes

if you cant do that, teach yourself to drink Koolaid, and try not to overpower the sugar.

Teach yourself to only eat UP TO 3 meals a day. Personally i eat between 1 1/2 (lunch and a snack for dinner) to 2 meals (Lunch and dinner) a day. It may not be the healthy option, but if you do that you wont be intaking as much food obviously. sometimes ill go a full day with eating nothing but 2 tacos for dinner from jack n' the box, like i said, not healthy, but it does work.

Actually, it's probably better if he eats breakfast, skip lunch, and eat dinner. Eating in the morning jumpstarts the metabolism, not eating only slows it down...

Also, eating five small meals a day is much better than 3 bigger ones, or only 2 small ones.

Also, I'm freakishly thin. 6'2" 160lbs.

Eating only an orange and just 'tasting but not swallowing water'? That's ****ing retarded.
Skipping breakfast or lunch and just eating two or three big meals a day? ****ing retarded.

Want good advice? Ask Skuzzy. He dropped something like 250+ lb's in a year. Want more good advice? Drink water, and don't eat so much goddamn food. You don't really have to "stop eating this and this and this". That's retarded. Dieting isn't what you don't it, it's what you eat. Eat healthier food. Look at the amount of cal's/carbs/sugars in all the **** you eat, and keep it down.

Stop going to the store and buying a 12 pack of mountain dew and a big bag of MnM's and eating/drinking all of it in a day. Also, I reccomened Disc Golf. I've been playin a month and doing the whole watch what I eat/drink mostly water and I've dropped 20 lb's. No running, no exercise, still just about the same amount of time sitting around jerking off. It's not that big of a strain to play, and it's actually kinda fun once you figure it out.

Seriously, you're grossly fat, and it's actually probably at health risk levels. You're 20, it's not going to just disappear and you can't just eat whateverthe**** you want like you could when you were 15.

The best way to lose weight though? Grow the **** up.

Actually though, some people have really poor metabolisms, so losing weight is not as simple as you may think. Some people eat hardly anything, are very active and are still ginormous. Not saying that's the case with Jason, but it is for some. Growing the **** up isn't always the problem.

In Jason's..I don't know. Really though..as you said, you don't have to limit meals and such to lose weight. Actually, eating more smaller meals throughout the days helps get your metabolism going. Eating only one meal a day is actually worse than 5 healthy ones, because your metabolism goes to a slow.

But what he said (minus the shake-your-fist angry teen garbage) is true. Eat healthier, ditch the soda...be active, and you should lose weight.
