on a more serious note:
Jason, ive seen alot of pics of you, and im going to tell you like it is:
You have seriously let yourself go.
trust me i know the feeling, im 20, 6'3, and roughly 220-240lbs, luckily ive only gone past that mark once, and it didnt last long.
its honostly not too hard to maintaine my typical weight...yes i have to be careful once in a while when i notice things getting...bigger...
little advise:
Try and learn to eat salads for lunch (instead of fast food, i know its hard not to get mcdonalds when ur buds always going there if your like me, but get there salad instead)
Try to teach yourself to drink gatorade/powerade or water instead of cokes
if you cant do that, teach yourself to drink Koolaid, and try not to overpower the sugar.
Teach yourself to only eat UP TO 3 meals a day. Personally i eat between 1 1/2 (lunch and a snack for dinner) to 2 meals (Lunch and dinner) a day. It may not be the healthy option, but if you do that you wont be intaking as much food obviously. sometimes ill go a full day with eating nothing but 2 tacos for dinner from jack n' the box, like i said, not healthy, but it does work.
