Either you do it and figure it out, or do as Wing says and don't do it at all.

The same way you cloak a zergling or any burrable unit. You take an arbiter, move it on patrol. Then burrow your ling, hydra, defiler, drone or lurker. the moment you think the cloaking will wear off, unburrow. Your unit should skip the cloak trigger then be permacloaked.
