How to run multiple d2's on 1 pc

Why does that cd-refiller put the same cd-key for both classic and LOD ? click on the lines at the left that say either "Classic" or "Expansion" and the SAME cd-key comes up both times. that's trashy and the only conclusion I can ome to is that this only works for classic and if not please explain this to me.

i'm not sure what your trying to say, but do you mean the part where it asks to put in cd key on that refiller program you enter you classic first...then u press ok then the same screen pops up with same cd key and stuff right?

OMG I figured it out DON'T use this tutorial use the one on the readme from the MEWGOOD.COM website's download. This tutorial is too confusing you need to double click the auto-cdkey.reg file AFTER you have put it in the new cd-keys, then open the refiller and hit "refill both". It might seem like nothing's happening but it works trust me I got it to work after like 2 hours.

In the auto-cdkey.reg file u put the new cd keys and then save it, double click to import it into the registry, then use the refiller. The tutorial doesnt explain that well enough.

lol yes akman i never knew you had to double click it either to register it lol i had to ask friend, but finally it works

I "HAD" it working fine ... but now ofr some reason when i tried to make a 3rd diablo work i cant seem to join the EAST realm "with all my stuff". I cant get on east with any diablo of mine, everytime i try it says my modem needs to connect like im not online. Does anyone know why this happened? and its ONLY for east. i can get on all other realms its really gay. Do i just have to wait or sometihng?

And could someone give a better explaination on how to make a 3rd diablo run? becuase i tried redoing those steps and it seemed to screw things up for me

Ok. So im buying a new comp and a few more Cd-keys Soon. Thus leaving this comp under 24/7 Botting. How many Bots u think i should run. currently i have 0 cdkeys cuz i lost them

I have both instances running successfully, but, is there a way to keep both windows on the screen simultaneously. On mine only the selected window stays on screen and the other gets minimized.

Help? Not multiples on one pc - multiple PCs. I have a local network set up for tcp/ip multiplayer D2LOD. The pain is having to pass the original CD back and forth as the game loads, so I am looking for a no-cd exe I can use. I have tried the d2loader version of diablo ii.exe and it does fine for single player, and I bet Bnet multi. BUT when I try to host my local tcp/ip with it it says "cannot connect to server" or "failed to join game". I have no experience with hex editing to try and take out the bnet callers in the exe... does anyone have a non-Bnet calling no-cd exe? Thanks.

can someone show me an example on how to write in -w or -client into the script?

right click on icon, goto properties, the space that says TARGET should have "C:\Program Files\Diablo II\Diablo II.exe" all u do is add -w -multiclient to the end....

Ex. "C:\Program Files\Diablo II\Diablo II.exe" -w -multiclient

Ez as that...

i dont see an area that has "TARGET" i dont know if it's different because it's on XP or what
