Certainly not. Even if it was possible to buy Mozilla, I'd still be using Firefox 2 and 3.

That said, Google funds Mozilla anyway so I'm not sure Chrome is meant to compete with Firefox. It's just another interesting browser.*

yea I see this as a draw back when I loaded chrome and saw all the pron I was beating off to last night :acclaim

I switched to Chrome just to see what it's like. I kinda like it, honestly i have noticed some pages loading faster than what Firefox does. Kinda difficult to make the switch if you used a lot of addons with Firefox (I didn't).

I'm back and forth between it and IE. I mostly use Chrome now, but it's kinda annoying to not have the rightclick>properties on images and what not. And when I try to browse sites like youtube with it I wanna kill myself.

Yeah Chrome sucks for things that move. Animated GIFs, Youtube, anything with more than one frame just lags up eventually.

yeah chrome is kinda shit on some aspects.

i think ill just use IE. some of the features that were taken out is really inconvenient

Once its out of beta I'll probably use it as my main browser, at least until opera 10, since it combines many features from the other 3 main browsers.

Testing it as we speak, so far it seems quite nice and clean. Which is really what I care about.

I just downloaded it and so far, so good. I like the way it runs and operates. Simple and clean cut. Two thumbs up.
