Ignorant statement.

William Wallace had faith, the US Army has faith. Everyone has faith in something. For example, God, or humanity.
[glow=red]I meant religious faith.[/glow]

Ever heard of a singularity? A point of infinite density, but 0 mass. I believe in God, but I also think he could have used such a thing as this to create the universe, kinda what the Big Bang Theory says, but minus the "Chance it all happens". Since the Universe has been proven that it is moving outward from a single point, this sounds very reasonable.

No, it's called living your life to the fullest. I for one do not want to live my life by some spiritual code that supposedly came from some super-being. How is it pointless? Life is all there is, in cant be pointless; the point is to live happily.

Fine, if they want to live their life that way, super.
But I dont want them interfering with mine. I made my choice and they made theirs, which is how it should be. Yet, Christians will always harass me to "join" them. Do you see me walking around trying to get every believer to denounce his faith? No. Why must they do it then?

And better is relative.

I've been atheist for quite some time now, but I'm starting to wonder what the hell I believe anymore. I can prove everything in the bible wrong, but how can I believe in ghosts and not in god? It makes no sense. =\

Most Christians don't care what you believe. Christianity isn't about forcing your beliefs on others or trying to get them to convert. Personally, I have never tried to convert anyone to Christianity, nor have I met anyone who has. What's the point? Once they make up their minds, people rarely change their views, anyway. It's wasted effort -- better to simply live your faith than scream it at the top of your lungs.

I can understand where you're coming from, though. The only Christians who get any publicity are the fundamentalists, and they annoy even me -_-;;

That's my thing -- I believe in various things for various reasons, but even if I don't believe in something, I won't deny its existance if it can't be proven or disproven. Which is why I believe in the possibilitiy of things like ghosts, aliens, evolution, reincarnation, etc. -- because it seems stupid to believe in something like God and then say those things don't exists.

Also, I'm curious to ask you (or anyone else) this since you're athiest and I've never asked anyone before. When something goes wrong, who do you blame? It seems most Christians blame God. So do you blame the person? Yourself? Fate? Or do you blame no one at all? I'm really curious o_O

Sorry, that was long. I've been deprived of BF for too long x_x
