Good Morning Once more, Lightbulbs and Puss-sores of the Jury.

yesterday you will recall in a series of Startling revealtions the defence highlighted the fact that Mr Bumspud had been Banned form an "un-moderated" forum.

Also Canned Heat's Percussion majo Domo, gave us some valuale insight into Syncopation and "getting on the good foot".

Pretty damning stuff...especially the use of the Cymbal on the backbeat.........


Today however....when all these damn goths stop cluttering up my thread and staining the good name of Justice.

We will Be Taking a twofold approach to the defence case.
First a variety of character witnesses will be called to strongly state the case, that Mr Bumspud is a fine and upstanding citizen, a generous compassionate man with a mean Cha Cha and the Ability to rustle up a really nice risotto at short notice.

This will comprehensively prove that his banning and subsequent labelling as a "spammer and a Porno King" are mearly spurious
Ill informed allegations made by a collection of role playing bad sports.


Secondly , Donald Fagan of Steely Dan will be dropping by to explain why his well crafted pop and artful musicianship , hides a core of scorn and cynicism so relevant to todays society.
