He can speak english perfectly fine! It is called an ACCENT. those things happen when someone is raised in a different country, and affect the pronunciations of certain letters, making some words sound different. that doesnt in any way shape or form mean that a person with an accent cannot speak english.(he speaks english in all his movies anyway, so dont be stupid. hes been speaking english longer than any of you have(cept chris prob).
dont be so quick to prejudice an actor who is involved in politics, people. acting is a legitimate profession, and being involved in it does not in any way affect nor predict the intelligence or awareness of a person.
regardless, he was voted in by a vast majority, and since this
is a democracy, what the people want is what happens, and how can 40% of the population go wrong? BTW. arnold was going to run in the next regular election anyway, so its not like he only ran because of hte recall.
some people dont have room to talk anyways. Louisianna had a crook for a gov 4 terms in a row, and now after he has served 1 year of his 10 year prison sentence, they are petitioning to get him out, so they can elect him again. plenty of other states have had or do have people from other professions as governors. it is perfectly normal and ok. diversity is a key element of democracy. if every candidate for all eternity was a caniving political professionist or lawyer/attorney then our country would go to pot.(both metaphorically and literally)
