bleh people who diet or starve themselves arent doing anything to lose weight. I find that if u eat more of like 5-6 snacks a day rather than 3 huge meals, it will boots your metabolism..... i did it over ths summer and yea i lost quite a bit. But i also got out and ran & rode a bike every other day. granted it is very hard to do while in school since my school dosnt alow food in classes. :hbut
but yeah give it a try, maybe it will work for u too
