why does the glitch rush not work sometimes? ive killed baal for some ppl and they say they didnt get the quest even though they were partied the whole time?

It is a glitch, you know. Gliches don'tt always work to begin with. That, and Battle.net can be really pissy sometimes and not work like that.

its called a bug rush and the way u do it is u dont kill the ancients but join a kill baal game(dont create) and make sure that they kill baal while partied and ur in town act 5. u ca do this 2 hell then u lvl at diablo in hell doing runs. its that simple
