NO POLITICAL SYSTEM IS PERFECT!! Or all of them are and we, as HUMANS, don't know how to run them...
ANYWAY, if you can point out a political state that has absolutely no problems or LESS, even than the US, I'll give you a cookie. NO! SERIOUSLY!! I'll get your mailing address and send you a cookie -- a big one at that. The Constitutional Party is as bad as, a-hem:
Nazi Party (Germany, US, Eastern Europe)
Communist Party (about every country)
Green Party (US and Canada, at least)
Socialist Party (about every country)
Facist Party (US, Italy, Portugal, Western Europe)
I'd go on, but it gets dull to just list... People think their country is "better" or some stupid thing like that just because all they hear from their media is the "bad" stuff going on in or caused by another or the others that aren't theirs. The world doens't revolve around one country even when one country kind of leads the world in everything from reform to scientific advance. Most of the time those advances come from conglomerate (sp?) actions taken by on by multiple nations.
In the US we have something called the First Ammendment. It states that everyone is entitled to their opiniont as long as their expression of that opinion does not take from the rights of others, period. The KKK has...changed over the years. It is unfortunate that they still exist, but as long as the leaders do not actively tell members to go out and kill blacks, Jews, and other "non-superior" races, we can't do a thing about it.
One thing I like about BF is that it is multi-national, and people can agree to disagree. You disagree with me; I disagree with you; the World continues to turn. That is a basic foundation this country is built on, and parties, such as one's I listed, want to take power from the people and give it, exclusively, to the federal government -- or, at least, too much of it.
The Constitutional Party is just one of those radical parties that, most likely, will never have enough power to even question the freedoms offered.
