I think it's also been made pretty clear how effective and helpful Druids can be from many of the raid instances however. Everything from Improved Leader of the Pack, to the sheer amount of armor they can rack up from good gear.
Honestly that's class discrimination that they won't restore your quest line. If you were SUPPOSED to get a healing ring because you are a Druid, and that's all they're good for, that would've been the only item you could get. They're being dicks, you need to reopen a ticket.
GMs have a funny way of not giving you what you need the first or second time. Eventually they'll stop ****ing slacking off and do their goddamn job.
As a feral druid, i sit out for rogues on encounters like Romulo or Aran when we need spell interrupts and i sit out for encounters like Maulgar or Doomwalker for our prot warriors because Last Stand / Shield Wall are much more important (being able to push crushings off the table with shield block is another salt in the wound).
In my tanking set, i have roughly 12.5k hp and 20k armor with about 35% dodge. That is 1k hp and 6k armor less than a warrior who has block/parry and "oh shit" buttons that are more useful than a heal that heals for less than a potion and requires a full rage bar. Before the mitigation nerf, druids were fine. After the nerf, the gap between a non-prot spec'd warrior and a geared out feral druid are getting very slim.
I blame warlocks, they seem to be the root of every problem.
