at first i though the same thing, but internal cuts don't hurt, because we don't have nerve thingies (man, i forgot whats it called) so we wouldn't be able to feel it but it would suck

and btw can you even get a cut on your eyeball, someoen said that even a hair hurts their, but its not cutting anything
