I tried lag dupe several times to no avail back in the day. I have a necro with bonewall and max skeles, no revives though. I'm willing to try it if someone has a full blown summoner with revives.

I can almost gaurantee you guys it doesn't work though.

This idea of a lag dupe is very different than the other lag dupe, in my ideas. The original "public lag dupe" wanted to make it laggy so you could just duplicate the item because the server was so damn laggy. This one, the only purpose of making it laggy is so you can do the trade while not in town. So don't say it won't work just because the old lag dupe didn't work.

Sweat is probably right, it doesn't work. But it MAY work. Claiming it doesn't work when not even trying the process doesn't seem fair enough to me. Once the process is completely understood and multiple people try this, THEN we can put this aside as total bullshit. Until then, this should be open for trial.

Try it.. the lag is unbelievable, with everything going invisible, it is quite imperssive, even if you can't pull off the dupe / trading process like I couldn't

I ask the person who did "get it to work"... what are the secret steps that he claims to be so vital to this process?

no i meant that he does the dupe with a trusted bf d2 playing staff member so that the trusted member can tell us it is real, so far no one has flat out said it is fake or that its a scam, and because of that it sounds promising, any pos about that now is pretty pointless and will just contradict what i just said.

I am going to try this again tomorrow... I originally didn't summon the minions and stuff, as well as didn't remember to cast bone wall while pally was in other act. Hopefully it will work just with these small corrections.. I still don't understand the whole PG 13 shmiz with steps G and P, though, and if anyone figures this out, this would be a huge help.

Just a couple of notes:

1) way better than bothering with Mana potions is to simply make an Iron Golem out of an Insight stick
2) above makes me think this is bogus, because if this guy's been around since 08 and duping, surely he would have thought of such a simple trick.

To be honest with you, maphack is 70% monster display and 30% map for me. I'm playing hc and I prefer knowing what monsters are around. Ofc the map viewing is nice, but showing the monsters is the most important to me That doesn't take much skill to make does it? I'm not good at such things, but looks a bit easy since the mobs you need shown on your map already are "in sight", stored on client?

edit: changed word "mobs" to "monsters".. I play too much wow :frustrate

dude your a total :nooob with your whoping 7 posts, plus this lag dupe wasnt even explained correctly. It sounds like your just finding internet sites and posting what has allready been done in previous patches. :dance :dance please show screen shots and prove this method works. If you cannot produce any proof that this works, please resort to smiley image sent here :scary and here :hbut

im such a noob please close the thread and delete it do us all a favour. i really shouldnt have bookmarked the forum its just stress. those of you who didnt let the bad feed back hold you back keep trying.
took me about 1 month in testing to come up with my first result. and that was starting from skatch just a idea that came to me.
for Step G there is no step G ignore it if u did try it your a noobie. I just put it there to through you off.
And for you staff members Honestly I want u to find 1 area then the one i said that u can obtain a blackwall and actually get a trade screen up without the request disapearing.
I do it with 2 computers so its alittle bit more easier for me.
Imma be putting my accounts up for ebay in the next little bit. and i will post the site.
If theys accounts and pics are not hope enough for you staff members then Im willing to go over it once. with any choosen item. Thxs.
