Why isn't my merc lvling?

I took my merc down to the frozen river in nm to lvl him (good xp there), but after I while I noticed he hasn't lvled, and the last time I had checked he was 200k away (not that far). So I hit 'o' to find whats in the attachment...any suggestions?

Maybe you just went retarded for a moment. Oh, and just do cows, they are also easy xp for your merc if you can kill fast.

1) I killed king

2) I found that the Frozen River is much, much better xp when I compared

3) Thx to blizzards poor programming, he's not lvling anyway so it really doesn't matter

Wow that's intresting. That's something I've never seen before. Maybe he'll be fixed next time you join a game? If not, I don't know what to tell ya.

Is he a might merc for your zon? If so, then don't bother.

My Merc, bought at 44 and leveled to 64, only added 300 damage to my zon, which had 320 Dex with gear, and a WF. It doesn't make sense.

funny, mine adds an easy 500 damage as it is, but I would like to get him some more life and what not so he might actually survive.

Its a gay glitched and need to be fixed, since I really don't feel like lvling him another merc the entire 4 lvls...

Try killing him off and reviving him a few times till he goes down back under the lvl, then lvl him some, might work =/ Worse comes to worse you have to buy a new one, not to bad.

I wonder, if you brought up a normal Might Merc, if he would add more damage in the long run then the NM ones? Since you level him up eariler and all.

Got on this morning and it was all better. And since you can't get a normal might merc, I doubt it

For a merc to lvl, you have be be a higher lvl... Thats what it looks like if your merc is not getting ANY exp.

yea ur merc cant go past ur characters lvl so if ur lvl 80 ur merc can only be lvl 80 until ur character gains a lvl

Yeah, I noticed the same problem while botting for the past few nights...I will gain almost 20 levels and he gains 3 when he does the majority of the killing beings I'm mana screwed most of the time...doesn't make sense if you ask me.

Im assuming if he is doing river runs, he is damn higher than 52.

Rememer your merc cant go higher lvl then you so, if you were at 55 he couldnt go past 55 he'd stay there gaining exp.

I'm lvl 52 and my merc is lvl 21...don't think thats a problem

Yea I was 88 he was 50....but apparently the nubs on the forum think we are dumbasses and that we must both be lvl 50.
