Why cant I Connect To Battle.net????

lets try 2 things
first completely uninstall your firewall
start \ control panel \ add or remove programs \ then uninstall your firewall then try connecting to bnet if that doesnt work i have one more idea

Yup, uninstalling didnt work, I dont know What the hell is going on!

ok well my other idea was going to start \ all programs \ accessories \ system tools \ system restore
choose a restore point from a date when you know d2 was working
so if its been 2 weeks since u last played and it worked then choose a restore point from atleast 2 weeks ago

if this doesnt work the only other alternative i can think of is formatting or just talking to blizzard about it(bliz tech support blows)

nah ip restriction gives you a realm down message or something similar did you try using system restore?
