last year we had pretty good storms here. We even got video tape of lightning striking the neighbors house and knocking out all the power in the nieghborhood.

Well it was scary because I had my mom over and she was screaming making the dog bark and stuffs like that. Our local news channel station went out so there wasnt any news updates to look at either. I was on the phone and looked outside the sliding glass door and the wind picked up really fast. It was very loud. Next thing you know it, We are huddled in the bathroom and a tree falls over and a lawn chair just smashes against the glass door. When it was all over, I went outside to look at the damage and me and the people on each side of my house were like the only ones hit by it in the neighborhood. It twas really gay.

man, here in california its so boring that i wish we'd get some lightning and some earthquakes. its always in the 70s and 80s of degrees, barely any clouds if any. almost everyday. i wish we'd get an 8.0 earthquake to please my boredness of california right about...NOW!

I was camping for the last two days and one night it rained really hard and there was a lot of lightning and thunder. I couldn't sleep because it was so loud and bright, all I could see was flashing through the tent. The day before that night I went tubing in the river, hit a rock, and went over the mini rapids without a tube . Mother nature does always win.
