the spells u could get were amazing considering. u could summon a badass demon from normal casters. and the demon was strong also.

there were 2 casters with each team,
necromancers and warlocks for orcs and celerics and wizads for humans.

(this is all from memory)

Celerics had heal, necromancers had raise dead and they both had a farsight spell.

Warlocks could summon a demon, a scorpion and create a poison cloud, wizards could summon water elementals, spiders, and rain of fire or blizzard cannot rememebr which i think it was fire cause they changed it to blizzard in war2.

i have a pirated copy that i play if im really REALLY bored. Blizzard doesn't even support it haha. But when I was a kid, i remember my brother bought it for like 40 bucks and all we did was play it together... ahh Good times

Wc1 Is hard. Microing unit's that move in squares without a drag-group option and hotkeys is really hard.

u can control up too only 4 units, and units only respond to enemys if they are attacked. peons die in 2 hits from heavy meele. Catapults do insnae damage to units, both urs and ur enemys. Casters are broken, the summons are so powerful.
