(NE master/hobo steps in...)
In RoC (if hunts have medium armor) go for NE, heres the unit combo (i used this back in the day, got around 20 win streak, with good micro of course)
-DH
-KotG
-mass hunts
-2 claw
-dyrads (lots)

PWNAGE! (add in some talons and some chims, u are invincible)

of course, this is when it was b4 tft actually came out.

If u wanna be human, make sure u go for AM + MK, they rock as in hero combo. (unit combo-->massed Priests, masssed Sorcs, some knights, grphs)

Orc: FS + Blade MAster (unit combo --> mass shamens, mass doctors, some grunts, taurens, kodos)

UD: DK + DL/Lich (unit combo --> frenzied Frost wyrm + necros + gargs, they worked nicely :D)

Starting with UD or OR is one of the worse mistakes an early player can make. They are not races for the slow or weak minded. You need to be swift, strong and cunning.

Most new players don't have any of those abilities at all. To play NE, you don't need to be strong, or necessarily cunning. It is all about speed for night elf, and that is it. Beginning players will find them easier to use because they have a wider range of units that certain teams cannot counter. It gets rediculous at times.

But then again i STRONGLY urge you not to try humans or undead anytime soon as they fall to pieces without an understanding of what you are doing. After all you cant keep making rifles and casters against tauren and demolishers not cantcha.

Yes, for that reason too. Counters are less apparent to n00bs.

I want a strong race with good heroes and long-range units. Which race?
well for versatile, fast expanding and medium HP units look no further than humans

for a very strongs ground, somwhat slow moving units, excelent casters but weak air look for the brute force of the orcs

for agile, fast moving units, fast firering but vulnerable and low to medium HP units get ne

a well rounded race is the undead. they relly of offensive magic and offesive hero spells (known as nukes). hard to master but one of the best races to play in solo.
