Which race shall i be?

I just cant decide which race I shall be!
I want a strong race with good heroes and long-range units. Which race?

Definitely Night Elf. They have almost all ranged units and they have very good heros.

But some people say that Night Elves sucks... Like my brother, but i will test NE then..

Now to the practice... I lose to a computer (dont have the frozen throne expansion, so I think it is normal).

cuz u dont have TFT i suggest going Orc as they are the shiznet in Roc.

Well....

you have many choices. If you're going for good seige, then go orc and get pults with burning oil. their hh also are good, and riders and bats aren't that bad. if you want killer air, then go undead and go frosties with frozen breath or nightelf with chims. nightelf also have good heroes. orc heroes are ok, but undead heroes are pretty weak. also, humans arent that bad. siege sucks (can't hit units), but when massed against buildings they can be pretty dangerous. gryphs are good and the heroes are great (bloodmage is my fave).

GAH... Cant decide, Night Elves or Orc.. I like the Far seen and blademaster, but night elves have many good units... Im confused lol

Do you know why I originally said Night Elf?

Mainly because it is the easiest race to play. It is the "noob" race of WC3. No one can ignore that. Start out with Night Elf, and then move to UD, OR, or HU. NE is only a good starting race, since you don't get much respect for using them later on.

Noone here can beat an insane computer.. Don't use orc, though. Commonly new players use orc cuz they go all like "Wow they are green that is the shiz!" and so they use them and suck. Orc require alot of micro to be good with them considering their drastic absence of good units.

Ed has beaten 2 insane comps. Its quite easy as the AI is bad because if you get mass air and harrass their base, its smooth sailing.

You cant spell newb without NE. ED MAKES A BURN!!!!11!!1!!!

You can beat them, but you have to be more unconventional.

Humans is also good. I like the Archmage and preasant can build together!

What a liberal thinking Aragorn, no UD? Very well because i also advice you to try NE not humans or UD ,start with the general strats and heroes used seeing replays and learn all upgrades and units and what they do against different units ,start practising then improve on some teams work more,see more replays, and begin solo,then more replays then for higher solo lvls more replays,see your mistakes,try not to repeat them,see their mistakes try to make them make the mistakes again (diff players) and that sort of things.

Ive played with NE even before i posted this. I think I will change to orc now. I think they are good, tested them and I love em. Maybe I will change in the future... But I cant change all the time so now I play orc. All teams are good. BTW - I cant view replays cuz I dont have TFT. Anyone knows where i can find replays from RoC??
