i want to play on east but i cant! is it becuz i use router/wireless?

edit:i just got on today and i tried to log onto uswest but i couldnt it said finding fastest server and when it was done loading it wouldnt connect it said i might be using a router or something... and now i can play on all the other realms lol but i want my chars..

there is a diff between laddr and non ladder, for example ladder can make certain runewords that non ladder cant, and ladder dcan upgrade armor like a skullders 4 example with 650 def to a skullders with 1234 def soooooo LADDER ALL THE WAY!!! and i play on west, if n e one nos how to work the clone hunter thingy pm me I NEED TO NO! thx
