Ok well those are all good places. But each one has its own advantage. Pindle run have like a 1 in 200 chance in dropping somthing HOWEVER that somthign could be liek a WF which is fetching 40+ sojs on b.net east right now. Now i fyou decide to do meph run you have a muchhigher chance to find items, however these take about 35-40 seconds total (with the right gear/bot) while pindle bots can do runs in about 20 seconds. So you could pump out twice the amoutn of run (while sleeping or at school).Of course teh best way out there is just to get to comps and run both 
but not all of us have that luxury, expecially the 56ker's out there. The last method is cows/baal. I stick these together because they both take a few minutes i fyou have the right party. Cows is good because even if you strikeout on items you will always find a few charms and gain some exp, however baal runs just plain suck. If youw ant to do them fas tyou need AT LEAST 2-3 people and even if you find somthign good your splitting it 3 ways. A stormshield 3 ways is only like 3 sojs. Not worth your time. Tals Armor - (with topaz)
2 sojs - (occy rings are betetr but they are expensive and hacked)
War Travs - (as high as possible)
Occy - (isted or ali-baba with 2 ists)
C-Gaurds - (40's)
as for shield it depends on how rich you are, try to get a 4 isted shield, then go for istd storm, if not that an ists lidless, if not that just get a lidless and stick a good old diamond in it to help ya survive. Dont forget yoru anyway's and meph away!
