I don't think you would if you used the auto win cheat. Most likely not.
Well, in the mission before the last one in BroodWar Zerg, finish the protoss base in less than 20 minutes (with or without cheats, I already managed to do it without cheats), and watch the little story after destroying the protoss base, you'll see a text saying something like "SECRET LEVEL ENABLED". That's it. Then you play it
